The ITT Tech Virtual Library is available to students, faculty and staff of ITT Technical Institutes and ITT Educational Services, Inc.

Registration procedure:

1. Please complete all information requested. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.

2. Use these guidelines when entering information for the following fields:

   • Select and Enter User Login Name.
     The User Login Name you create must be entered EACH TIME you access the Virtual Library. Enter at least seven and a maximum of fifteen letters and/or numbers. User names may NOT include spaces or any special characters such as !,#,%.
   • Select and Enter Password.
     The Password you create must be entered EACH TIME you access the Virtual Library. Enter at least seven and a maximun of fifteen letters and/or numbers. Passwords may NOT include spaces or any special characters such as !,#,%.
   • Enter Employee Number.
     Your employee number is used to verify your status as an active employee. Employees enter their ID number as assigned by HR. Please do not enter any spaces or dashes in your number.
   • Select or enter your campus location.
     Employees enter the school's 3-digit location code from the drop-down list.

3. Remember and record the Virtual Library login information you created and do not allow anyone else to use your personal login.

4. Click on the "Send Information" button at the bottom of the Registration form.

   The system will attempt to verify your employee ID Number. If verification is successful, you will be granted immediate access to the Virtual Library. You will receive the message: "You are registered in the Virtual Library. " You may begin using library resources by selecting categories from the Main Menu. If you receive a "Virtual Library Verification Failure" message, the system could not automatically verify eligibility for access. Please contact your local campus Learning Resource Center staff or the school's Academic Affairs Department for assistance.
