Who can use the Virtual Library?
Use of the Virtual Library is limited to students, faculty, and staff of ITT Technical Institutes and ITT Educational Services, Inc. ITT Tech graduates can continue to utilize the Virtual Library after they complete their degree program (note: some resources may not be available to alumni accounts).
- I am a current student and I'm not sure how to access the Virtual Library.
- Current students may access the Virtual Library through the ITT Tech Student Portal. You can login to the Student Portal with your ITT Tech student email address and password. If you do not recall your password, contact the campus SST or the Student Portal Helpdesk at 1-877-456-7134 (toll-free) for assistance. After login to the Student Portal, click on the Resources tab, then Virtual Library. If a Windows Security window pops up and asks for a user name and password, enter your ITT Tech student email address as your user name and your portal password. Email addresses typically start with your first initial followed by your last name. Some students will have numbers after their last name.
What should I do if I am an alumni and I forget my login name?
If you are an alumni and you forget your user login name and password, please contact Virtual Library Support at email@example.com. Your request for your user login name and password must include your complete name, campus attended, graduation date, and student identification number.
- Who should complete a "Request for an Alumni Account"?
- Only alumni, those who have completed their program and graduated, who do not currently have an account should submit an account request. Current students should not request an alumni account. Current students should access the Virtual Library by logging into the Student Portal, click on the Resources tab, then click on Virtual Library.
